Nathan Mol successfully sold our house in a fairly tough market for what I felt was a fair price even though it was somewhat lower than the initial estimate. He is a great person to deal with very trustworthy and polite, which is exactly what you want in a real estate agent! I especially recommend his calm but effective negotiation skills, which really helped us to complete the sale, even after on offer had fallen through. Previously, Nathan Mol had also helped us with a house purchase, and then we found that nothing was too much trouble for him, even completing the offer for us at about 10 pm at night in a restaurant!
